Shift Supervisor of the Engineering Coordination Center

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of engineering issues with contracted organizations for aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management.
  • Monitoring the rectification of discrepancies deferred in accordance with the approved MEL/CDL of the Airline or the manufacturer's operational and technical documentation for the aircraft and its components.
  • Analysis of aircraft equipment failures and malfunctions causes in order to prevent them. Development and implementation of preventive measures aimed at enhancing the level of aviation safety.
  • Conducting aircraft inspection checks, organizing and monitoring the rectification of identified discrepancies on the aircraft.
  • Interaction with the maintenance organization during AOG situations, development of a troubleshooting plan, implementation of measures to reduce aircraft downtime.

Requirements

  • Higher aviation education.
  • At least three years of experience in civil aviation in the relevant professional field.
  • Certificate of completion of the "Human Factors" (M9) training program at a PART-147 approved training center.
  • Certificate of completion of the "Aviation Legislation" (M10) training program at a PART-147 approved training center.
  • English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation, conversation, and business correspondence.
  • Experience with BOEING 737-NG.
