Responsibilities:
- Contract review and expertise:
- Review of contractual documentation for compliance with legal requirements and internal company regulations.
- Verification of counterparties' reliability using reference and information systems.
- Monitoring the correctness of maintaining contract cards in the "Contracts" system.
- Document flow and archival storage:
- Registration of civil law contracts concluded by the airline.
- Organizing scanning, systematization, and binding of contractual documentation.
- Ensuring the storage of original copies of contracts.
- Monitoring the availability of title documents for counterparties.
- Transferring executed contracts to the archive.
- Interaction and consulting:
- Advising responsible employees on working with the "Contracts" database.
- Carrying out verbal and written instructions from the supervisor.
- Compliance with standards and development:
- Timely familiarization with the company's organizational, administrative, and regulatory documentation.
- Compliance with all corporate policies (in the areas of quality, flight safety, information security, etc.).
- Participation in the development of corrective actions based on the results of internal audits.
- Maintaining a high level of professional training through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- Education: higher or secondary specialized education.
- Work experience: from 1 year in a contract department, legal service, or records management.
- Key knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of Russian civil legislation and contract law.
- Experience in maintaining contractual documentation: registration, compliance review, and organization of storage.
- Knowledge of records management and archival practices will be an advantage (storage rules, compilation, accounting, and document handover to the archive).
- Proficient PC user (MS Office, 1C, electronic document management systems, Directum will be an advantage).
- Personal qualities: high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, accuracy.
