These Terms describe the procedure for using Promo Codes when purchasing air tickets or additional services on the website of the airline Smartavia.

By activating a Promo Code on the website, an individual confirms that they have fully read and agree to these Terms.

1. Terms and Definitions

Smartavia — JSC Smartavia Airlines.

Terms — this document, posted on the Internet at https://flysmartavia.com/en/info/buying/promocode/20250925/

Promo Code — a unique combination of letters and/or numbers, the activation (entry) of which on the Smartavia website, subject to the terms of the Promo Code, provides a discount.

Discount — a benefit provided when purchasing air tickets or additional services on the Smartavia website using a Promo Code.

Carrier — promotional material in paper or electronic form containing the Promo Code and the terms of the discount.

2. Terms of Use of the Promo Code

2.1. Where to use the Promo Code?
The Promo Code can be applied on the airline's website flysmartavia.com. To activate it, go to the "Order Payment" page, click the "Promo Code" button, and enter it in the appropriate field. Activating the Promo Code implies full agreement with the Terms.

2.2. Promo Code activation period:
The Promo Code can only be activated during its validity period. The validity period of each Promo Code is indicated on the Carrier.

2.3. Types of Promo Codes:

  • Personalized: linked to a specific email address and cannot be used by other passengers.
  • Non-personalized: can be used by any passenger wishing to take advantage of the discount.

2.4. When the Promo Code cannot be used:

  • After the Promo Code's expiration date.
  • When purchasing air tickets at subsidized fares.
  • To pay for ticket exchanges, penalties, and fees.
  • On flights during the peak travel periods: from 25.04.2025 to 11.05.2025, from 29.08.2025 to 01.09.2025, from 24.10.2025 to 05.11.2025, from 25.12.2025 to 31.12.2025.

2.5. Combining Promo Codes:
Using multiple Promo Codes to pay for a single order is not permitted.

2.6. Refunds:

  • The Promo Code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • When refunding air tickets or additional services paid for using a Promo Code, the discount is non-refundable and not compensated in money. The Promo Code is canceled.

2.7. Other terms:

  • Smartavia reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms unilaterally at any time. Any changes come into force from the moment the revised Terms are published at the link, without separate notice.
  • Smartavia has the right to set limits on the number of Promo Codes issued, on fare groups (brands), and to regulate flights/destinations, periods/dates within a specific promotional campaign.
  • Smartavia has the right to set restrictions on the purchase of air tickets or additional services under the Smart Up subscription.
  • Smartavia reserves the right to terminate the provision of the discount prematurely at any time without prior notice to passengers.
  • To prevent abuse when using Promo Codes, Smartavia reserves the right to use other methods to verify that the Promo Code is being used in accordance with the Terms, as well as to refuse to provide the discount if relevant abuse is detected.
  • When considering requests related to the activation or use of Promo Codes, the Smartavia support service has the right to request, and the applying passenger is obliged to provide, confirmation of receipt of the Promo Code: a photo of the Carrier with the Promo Code, a screenshot of the page with the Promo Code, and/or other confirmation as instructed by the support service employee. If such confirmation is not provided, Smartavia reserves the right to refuse the discount.
  • Smartavia is not liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of obligations, as well as for any direct, indirect, special losses and damages of passengers related to the provision of Promo Codes under these Terms, resulting from failures in telecommunication and power networks, actions of malware, unfair actions of third parties aimed at unauthorized access and/or disabling of software and hardware, as well as other unforeseen circumstances of force majeure. Smartavia is not obliged to compensate passengers for losses in such cases.
  • If it is impossible to activate the Promo Code, the passenger can contact the support service by writing to social networks or messengers: Telegram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki.
