What should I do if I did not indicate my middle name when buying a ticket?

Patronymic is not a required element in the ticket. You may not specify.

An exception is tickets issued at a subsidized rate. If your ticket is purchased at a subsidized rate, and the patronymic is not indicated on the ticket, then we recommend making a change to the ticket.

You can make a change by filling out the form on the site, provided that more than 48 hours are left before departure. If less than 48 hours are left before departure, then you can make a change in our call center or in fact at the airport. The service is offered on a paid basis.
