How much luggage can I take with me?
The baggage allowance depends on the fare of your air ticket and is indicated on the itinerary receipt:
- Under the Light (previously Smart Light) and By Subscription fares — no checked baggage, hand luggage 1 piece weighing 10 kg, dimensions 40x30x20 cm;
- Under the Optimum (previously Smart) fare — 1 piece of checked baggage weighing 10 kg, dimensions 203 cm in the sum of 3 measurements, hand luggage 1 piece weighing 10 kg, dimensions 40x30x20 cm;
- Under the Advanced (previously Smart Pro) fare — 1 piece of checked baggage weighing 23 kg, dimensions 203 cm in the sum of 3 measurements, hand luggage 1 piece weighing 10 kg, dimensions 40x30x20 cm.
If your ticket was issued as part of a charter booking, please contact the place of purchase, any written communication channel with the airline, or the call centre.
