I bought extra baggage, but didn't use the service. How do I return it?

If you purchased the Extra Baggage service but did not use it (did not fly/the service was not needed/bought another service at the airport), then you can get your money back.

If the "Extra Baggage" service was purchased on our website or through the call center, you can fill out the form.

The processing period for applications received by the company is up to 30 days. We assure you that we will try to get back to you with an answer as soon as possible. We hope that the wait will not spoil the overall impressions of the Smartavia service. 💜

If you added the service at a third-party agency, please contact the place of purchase to get a refund.
