Can I submit my claim online?

Yes, you can. Material claims against the airline are accepted both in writing and electronically.

In the form need to select the topic, describe in detail the situation that caused the need to apply for material requirements, and attach all documents supporting your expenses. Make sure to indicate the account details of the recipient of the funds, that is, the passenger who needs to reimburse the expenses.

We will reply to your claim electronically as well. If you need the answer written on the company's official letter form, then please send your claim via the postal service to our postal address.
