To delete your personal account, please follow these steps:

1. In your personal account, go to the "Settings" section → "Account management".
2. Click the "Delete account" button.
3. Confirm the action: an email/SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to your email address/phone.

Important points:

• You have 7 days to cancel the deletion in your personal account.
• After 7 days, account recovery will not be possible.
• If you have an active Smartavia subscription, it will be cancelled when the account is deleted. No refund is provided for the cancelled subscription.
