How to delete a personal account?
To delete your personal account, you must do the following:
- In your personal account, go to "Settings" → "Account Management".
- Click the "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm the action: an email/SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to your email address/phone number.
Important points:
- You have 7 days to cancel the deletion in your personal account.
- After 7 days, account recovery will be impossible.
- If you have an active Smartavia subscription, it will be canceled upon account deletion. Funds for the canceled subscription are non-refundable.
