Online Check-in Terms

Online check-in is available if:

you have purchased the "Seat Selection" or "Comfort" service;

it is no more than 24 hours and no less than 3 hours before the flight departure;

if you are not traveling with animals;

if you do not require special assistance.

Online check-in is not allowed:

if it is less than 3 hours before the flight departure;

if you are traveling with animals;

if you require special services: assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minor service, etc.

on codeshare flights.

Codeshare

(joint operation of flights) — a form of cooperation between airlines where the same route is marketed by two or more carriers. In this case, one airline operates the flight, while the other is a sales partner for the tickets.

We reserve the right to reseat you to another seat at the discretion of the aircraft commander to ensure flight safety. Please be understanding if the crew approaches you with such a request.

If you encounter such a situation and you have paid for the "Seat Selection" or "Comfort" service, we will refund your money. To do this, please contact us by any method convenient for you.

For passengers traveling with children aged 2 to 12, the service of check-in with the provision of adjacent passenger seats on board the aircraft is provided free of charge at the airport check-in counter.
