Smartavia lights up the NUR 2026 Festival in Kazan
For the first time, Smartavia has become an official participant in NUR 2026, Russia’s largest independent media art festival. Throughout the weekend, from May 29 to 31, 2026, the Smartavia brand can not only be seen, but also experienced in the interactive “Departure Point” zone at the festival’s main venue, the URAM extreme park.
We created a real space where art meets aviation. Smartavia’s brand zone has become a true magnet for visitors: on the first day alone, more than 1,000 people visited the “Departure Point.”
What awaits guests in the Smartavia zone?
The main rule of the NUR festival is a new reality. In our reality, airline tickets are not only bought — they can also be won. It’s simple:
- Take a little action (spoiler: it’ll be fun)
- Launch your luck
- Claim your prize
Cool prizes are up for grabs:
- 1st place — round-trip Smartavia tickets for two;
- 2nd place — annual Smartavia subscriptions, packed with benefits;
- 3rd place — promo codes for free Smartavia additional services.
And every participant and winner receives exclusive Smartavia branded merchandise that cannot be bought in stores.
Why Kazan, and why NUR?
“Kazan is one of our favorite cities. We operate regular flights from here to Moscow and St. Petersburg, and we want people to recognize Smartavia. The NUR festival is the perfect platform to introduce Tatarstan’s smart, creative, and young audience to our approach to air travel: no boredom, no pretension, just care for every passenger,” said Andrey Vinichenko, CEO of Smartavia.
About the festival:
NUR, which stands for “New Unique Reality,” has been held in Kazan since 2021. In 2026, its venues span 10 art spaces, including UNESCO heritage sites. The festival brings together video art, music, markets, education, and urban activities. And now — aviation.
