Smartavia and Anton Tyut Ryadom are implementing unique projects
Smartavia and Anton Tyut Ryadom (Anton Is Here), a charitable foundation for systemic support of people with autism, have begun cooperation. The first stage has already been implemented — the Foundation’s experts conducted face-to-face training for instructors, senior and ordinary flight attendants, as well as airline ground service employees on interaction with passengers with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities, as well as those experiencing anxiety.
In addition, an educational video course will be developed and introduced into the standards of mandatory training for flight attendants, which they undergo every six months.
During the second stage, which is underway right now, a technologically advanced and unique project has been launched — it opens up the opportunity for Smartavia passengers to send a digital postcard to their loved ones completely free of charge during the flight, from an altitude of 10,000 meters.
The design of the virtual Valentine card was created by autistic artists from the Anton Tut Ryadom charity foundation and contains quotes in which they tried to convey their emotions while talking about travel.
Also, the sender and the recipient of the postcard will be able to voluntarily donate any amount of money and feel involved in a great cause, helping people with special needs realize their potential.
At the third stage of cooperation with the Anton Tut Ryadom foundation, it is planned to develop and produce anti-stress pillows as part of the Obnimus’ (I will hug) project. The foundation's artists and designers will work on the layout, and in production they will use the recycled uniforms of Smartavia’s pilots and flight attendants.
The start of distribution of the eco-friendly and unusual anti-stress pillow is planned for Ecologist Day, which is celebrated in Russia on June 5. Corporate and social responsibility programs will become one of the key ones in Smartavia’s activities in 2025.
