The airline Smartavia won the "Sustainable Development Communications" nomination at the XV RUPOR International Communications Awards. Our project "Smartavia is right here," focused on implementing an inclusive environment onboard the airline's aircraft, was recognized as the best, surpassing initiatives from companies such as Rosenergoatom Concern and Gazprom Pererabotka.

The award ceremony took place last week in St. Petersburg as part of the Eurasian Event Forum (EFEA). The final shortlist of the award, dedicated to the memory of its founder Gennady Shatalov, included 80 top projects from 31 regions of Russia and 4 CIS countries: Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, South Ossetia, and Uzbekistan.

Winning such a significant competition is a recognition of our systematic work to create a comfortable and accessible environment for all categories of passengers. The "Smartavia is right here" project is aimed at adapting services and training flight crews and ground staff to provide impeccable and sensitive service to people with autism spectrum disorders.

Smartavia will continue to develop this important area, following its philosophy of making air travel simpler and more convenient for everyone.
