Smartavia has started selling additional subsidized air tickets for flights from Kaliningrad to Moscow, St. Petersburg and back. You can issue tickets at the airline's own offices and in Smartavia's agent network in Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Subsidized fares are valid only for certain categories of passengers:

• citizen of the Russian Federation, registered at the place of residence in the Kaliningrad region;
• a student of a higher educational institution located in the Kaliningrad region, who has a document confirming the status of a full-time student.

The number of seats at subsidized fares is limited on each airline flight.

At subsidized rates, a passenger can transport one piece of luggage weighing up to 10 kg free of charge. and the sum of three dimensions is less than 203cm, as well as hand luggage weighing up to 10kg and having dimensions of 40x30x20cm.
