Smartavia is 5 years old!
For five years now, our company has been operating under the Smartavia brand. During this time, we have demonstrated a high level of flight safety, updated our aircraft fleet, become a smart-format company, increased the number of passengers transported, seat occupancy and other operational indicators.
We celebrate the 5th anniversary of the brand with new smart solutions:
- Expanded the capabilities of the Smart Up subscription and added new tariffs;
- Updated and expanded the in-flight catering pre-order menu;
- We launched a new website and are constantly improving it, adding new functionality;
- Updated the company's mission and values.

The airline’s staff, in turn, is doing everything possible to ensure that every flight turns into a comfortable, affordable, exciting and safe trip,” said Smartavia CEO Sergei Chernyshev.
We are strategically expanding our route network by operating regular flights between airports outside the Moscow air transport hub. Thus, of the 21,932 flights operated in 2023, 72% were of this type. At the same time, we have repeatedly received airport awards in the category of the most punctual airline.
Over the five years of operation under the Smartavia brand, we have transported 14 million 585 thousand passengers.
Last year we opened four new regular routes: Sochi-Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg-Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg-Krasnoyarsk and Moscow-Tomsk.
We are now completing preparations for the transition to the summer schedule, and from March 31, 2024 we are entering the “high” season. New pleasant surprises await passengers of the airline.
