We inform you that due to the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine, the aviation authorities of Russia (Rosaviatsia) have decided to temporarily restrict flights to a number of airports in southern Russia, namely Rostov (Platov), ​​Krasnodar (Pashkovsky), Anapa (Vityazevo) , Gelendzhik, Elista, Stavropol, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Simferopol.

The restriction is valid from 03:45 Moscow time on February 24, 2022 until 03:45 Moscow time on November 27, 2022 (with a possible extension) and is mandatory for all airlines.

This extraordinary and insurmountable circumstance excludes the possibility of JSC "Smartavia" Airline" during the specified period of obligations for all air transportation to the listed airports in accordance with previously concluded agreements.

In this regard, the Airline is forced to cancel its flights, as well as stop selling tickets for air transportation to these destinations. Understanding the complexity of the unforeseen situation, the Airline is ready to offer transfer passengers to return on its flights to the airports of departure.

Issues related to the return of the carriage fee will be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.
