If you purchased tickets with a luggage, we will transport your ski or snowboard equipment for free.

If you are transporting skis

Everything must be packed in one overall bag or two separate bags.

Items not included in the set will incur an additional charge
Please do not pack anything extra in the equipment bags. Transportation of items not included in the set must be paid for.
Service refund
If the service has not been used

We will refund the full amount for the service. If the service was booked on the website, please fill out the service refund form. In other cases, please contact the place where the service was purchased.

In case of a change in the departure date/time or route

The service will be automatically canceled. To use the service on a new flight, first request a refund at the place of purchase, and then rebook and pay for the service again.
