Print the receipt

If you have purchased the "Seat Selection" service, we recommend printing or saving the receipt on your phone. It will be sent to your email after payment. Wait for your turn to check in and drop off your luggage, and inform the staff at the check-in desk that you have paid for "Seat Selection.".

Who is not eligible for the service

The "Seat Selection" service is not available for unaccompanied minors and passengers traveling with pets in the cabin. They will be assigned to seats specifically designated for these categories of passengers.

Blocking the adjacent seat
If you enjoy privacy or are flying with someone and want to sit without neighbors, you can block the adjacent seats. This means that no one will sit in them.

Contact a staff member at the check-in desk at the airport. Blocking the adjacent seat is only possible if there are available seats on the flight.

Restrictions on Choosing "Comfort" Seats
"Comfort" seats are located in the first row or in the row by the emergency exit. Due to safety requirements, we cannot accommodate passengers of certain categories in these seats.
In the first row:
passengers with baggage that is transported in a separate seat in the cabin;
passengers traveling with pets in the cabin;
employees of the courier service and special communications service transporting official correspondence.
At the emergency exit:
passengers under 18 years old;
passengers aged 60 and over;
infants under 2 years;
pregnant women;
passengers whose mental and/or physical condition does not allow them to quickly understand the crew's instructions and/or perform necessary actions in the event of an emergency evacuation;
passengers who are being transported under guard and/or deported/not allowed passengers;
passengers with carry-on baggage in the cabin;
employees of the courier service and special communications service transporting official correspondence;
passengers who do not speak Russian or English;
passengers with an extended seat belt.

If you belong to one of these categories and have paid for a "Comfort" seat, we will try to reassign you to a similar available seat. If none are available, we will place you in any other free seat in the cabin. Unfortunately, in this case, a refund for the seat selection will not be possible.

Refund policy
When changing the flight date/time or route

The service will be canceled.

In case of voluntary refund of an additional service

We will provide a full refund for additional services if you decide to cancel them and submit your request to us at least 24 hours prior to the departure time.

Refunds are processed at the point of purchase / where the service was purchased.

A voluntary refund is not available if there are less than 24 hours remaining until departure. A refund is also not issued after the departure time has passed.

In case of involuntary refusal of transportation

If you have to refuse the flight for involuntary reasons, we will refund the full cost of the service.

In case of aircraft substitution, seats may be changed. Passengers who have paid for the "Seat selection" service will be provided with seats on the plane that are similar in price and comfort.

Involuntary reasons include:
  • illness of the passenger or a close relative traveling with them;
  • death of a close relative;
  • flight cancellation;
  • flight delay of 30 minutes or more;
