How much does it cost to transport an animal?
The total weight of the animal/bird and a carrier/cage is not included in the passenger’s free baggage allowance.

Before transportation, it is necessary to notify the airline
To transport an animal/bird, please inform us in advance: at the time of booking, when purchasing your airline ticket, via the feedback form on the website, social media, or the Smartavia call center. This is required because the transportation of animals and birds is done with the airline's consent. There may also be restrictions on the number and types of animals and birds being transported.Service refund
If the service was not used
The cost of the service will be refunded in full. To obtain a refund, you must contact the place of purchase.
If the service was purchased on the website, you can request a refund by filling out the service refund form.
In case of a change in the date/time of departure or route
The "Animal Transportation" service will be canceled. A refund will be processed at the place of purchase. To transport animals, you will need to rebook and pay for the service again.
