How much does the additional luggage cost
The dimensions of one piece of checked baggage must not exceed 203 cm in total of the three measurements. The cost of the "Additional Baggage" service depends on the route network of Smartavia.

Exceeding fee: 3 500 ₽
If luggage exceeding the allowance stated on the ticket is found at the boarding gate, an additional fee will be charged for violating luggage transport regulations.
The airline has the right to refuse to transport baggage if the passenger refuses to pay for excess baggage or items that are transported at the excess baggage rate.
Service refund
If the service was not used
The cost of the service is fully refundable. To obtain a refund, you must contact the place where the service was purchased.
If the service was booked on the website, you can request a refund by filling out the service service refund form.
In case of changed date/time of the flight or changed route
The "Additional luggage" service will be canceled. A refund will be processed at the place where the service was purchased. To transport Additional luggage, you must rebook and pay for the service again.
