If your carry-on luggage exceeds the wieght/ size/ seat quantity allowence, but you don’t want to check it in, we offer the option to bring an additional piece of carry-on luggage on board. Transportation rules

How much does the additional carry-on cost
The cost of the "Additional Carry-on Luggage" service depends on the destination within the Smartavia route network.

If carry-on luggage exceeding the allowance stated on the ticket is found at the boarding gate, an additional fee will be charged for violating luggage transport regulations.
The airline has the right to refuse to transport baggage if the passenger refuses to pay for excess baggage or items that are transported at the excess baggage rate.
Sometimes, the space for additional carry-on luggage on board may be limited for security reasons by Smartavia staff. If such a decision is made, the staff at the check-in counters will offer you to check your items in accordance with your fare.
Service refund
If the service was not used

The cost of the service is fully refundable. To obtain a refund, you must contact the place where the service was purchased.

If the service was booked on the website, you can request a refund by filling out the service service refund form.

In case of changed date/time of the flight or changed route

The "Additional luggage" service will be canceled. A refund will be processed at the place where the service was purchased. To transport Additional luggage, you must rebook and pay for the service again.
