Your luggage
Luggage — items that you will not need during the flight and must be checked for transportation in the cargo hold at the check-in desk. Below you will find the standard allowances (size, dimensions) for adults, children aged 2 to 12 years, and infants under 2 years traveling on a separate seat
It is prohibited to combine separate packages into one piece of luggage, as well as to attach bundles to the main piece of luggage (suitcase, bag, etc.).
Luggage for children and passengers with reduced mobility
For children under 2 years old who do not occupy a separate seat on board.
1 piece of baggage up to 10 kg is free, with the total dimentions — length + width + height — no more than 115 сm.
For passengers under 12 years old
Free in the cargo hold:
- a children's 3- или 4-wheeled bicycle, scooter or a balance bike;
- a stroller.
If the child is under 2 years old:
- an infant car seat/bassinet/booster seat without size restrictions, in addition to the stroller.
For the passengers with reduced mobility
We transport wheelchairs for free if they do not fit the dimensions for carry-on luggage.

Check your fare rules when purchasing a ticket
The rules for free luggage allowence for the «Optimal» и «Advanced» plans may differ from the standart ones. Be sure to check the rules for your tariff when purchasing your ticket.
Be prepared to show your belongings to Smartavia staff
At the airport, we will check your luggage for compliance with weight and size regulations during check-in, and your carry-on luggage will be checked twice: at the check-in desk and when boarding the aircraft. Be ready to show all your belongings to the airline staff.
Luggage rules differ on codeshare
If you are flying on codeshare flights where Smartavia sells the tickets but a partner airline operates the flight, the baggage transport rules of the partner airline will apply. Please familiarize yourself with these rules carefully.
