Contest Rules

General Provisions

  1. Terms and definitions:
    • Contest — a promotional event held by the Organiser in accordance with these Rules in order to increase consumer loyalty, as well as to attract the attention of potential consumers to the services offered by Smartavia Airlines JSC.
    • Rules — these Contest Rules.
    • Organiser — Smartavia Airlines Joint-Stock Company (Smartavia Airlines JSC), INN 2901126323, OGRN 1042900018908. Legal address: 163053, Arkhangelsk region, Arkhangelsk city, Talazhsky aviagorodok settlement, Arkhangelsk Airport str.
    • Participant — an individual who accepts these Rules.
    • Website — the website where the Contest is held, page address: https://flysmartavia.com/fest.

Timing

  1. The entry period and the festival period: August 1, 2026.

Conditions of participation

To automatically become a participant in the drawing, you must perform one of the following actions on the contest page:

  1. Registration in the personal account:
    • Go to the page https://flysmartavia.com/fest.
    • In the checkbox, give consent to receive promotional newsletters and click the "Sign Up" button.
    • Complete the registration procedure in the personal account on the official Smartavia website, providing your email address during registration.
    • Confirm your registration: follow the email confirmation link sent in a separate email. Registration is considered complete only after this step.
  2. Purchasing an annual Smartavia subscription
    • Go to the page https://flysmartavia.com/fest.
    • In the checkbox, give consent to receive promotional newsletters and click the "Subscribe" button.
    • Select the desired subscription plan, enter your contact details and pay for the annual Smartavia subscription (any active plan).
    • Confirm: follow the email confirmation link sent in a separate email. The condition is considered fulfilled only after this step.

Who can participate

  1. Eligible participants are adults with legal capacity who are citizens of the Russian Federation and permanently reside in the Russian Federation.
  2. Participants who are not employees or representatives of Smartavia Airlines JSC or affiliated with it.
  3. Each person may participate only once, even if they fulfilled both conditions.
  4. Participants who do not meet the above requirements are not entitled to participate in the Contest or to receive prizes.
  5. The Organiser has the right to disqualify any Participant (Winner) unilaterally and without explanation:
    • persons who do not comply with the requirements of these Rules;
    • persons who act in a destructive manner, annoy, insult, threaten or cause inconvenience to other Contest Participants or the Organiser;
    • persons who violate other provisions of these Rules.
    The Organiser shall not enter into any negotiations with disqualified persons.

Prize fund

  1. The Contest is not a lottery as defined in Federal Law No. 138-FZ of 11.11.2003 "On Lotteries"; it is purely promotional in nature and is not based on risk. The prize fund is formed at the expense of the Organiser and consists of the following prizes:
  2. 1st place — 3 winners receive: round‑trip tickets for two on any regular Smartavia flight and free baggage allowance. Excluded travel periods (embargo): 29.08.2026 – 31.08.2026, 25.10.2026 – 04.11.2026, 25.12.2026 – 31.12.2026. Tickets can be used until 28 March 2027 inclusive.
  3. 2nd place — 3 winners receive a one‑year Smartavia subscription under the "1+1" plan. Plan descriptions and terms of use are available at https://flysmartavia.com/smartup/.
  4. 3rd place — 3 winners receive a promo code for all Smartavia additional services.
  5. All prize winners (1st – 3rd place) receive an additional prize – a stylish Smartavia NFC keychain.
  6. Consolation prize for all participants who did not win the main prizes – a Smartavia sticker pack (a set of luggage stickers).
  7. No cash equivalent of the prize value will be paid instead of the prizes in kind, nor will partial issuance/payment or replacement of prizes with other prizes be made.

How winners are determined

  1. Winners are determined during the festival period from the general list of participants randomly and in the presence of the audience.
  2. One participant cannot win more than one main prize (if drawn again – a re‑draw takes place).

Receiving prizes

  1. For the delivery of Smartavia NFC keychains, the promo staff contacts the winners and informs them when they can pick up the keychain at the designated Smartavia brand zone.
  2. For the main prizes, the promo staff contacts the winners using the provided contact details and explains how to claim the prizes.

Liability and force majeure

  1. The Organiser shall not be liable for the impossibility of delivering a prize if this occurs for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, including the participant providing inaccurate contact information.
  2. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or another prize (except as provided by law).
  3. During embargo periods, tickets are not issued. Flight dates are agreed upon with the airline.

Other conditions

  1. The Organiser has the right to use the winner's name for publication (without disclosing exact contact details).
  2. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, income not exceeding RUB 4,000 (Four thousand roubles) received during a tax period from organisations, including gifts, winnings or prizes in contests, games and other events for advertising purposes, is exempt from personal income tax (PIT) (clause 28 of Article 217 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). The mere receipt of prizes by the Winners does not entail an obligation to pay PIT; however, the Organiser hereby informs the winners of their statutory obligation to pay the relevant taxes in connection with receiving prizes (winnings) from organisations whose total value exceeds RUB 4,000.00 (Four thousand roubles) for the reporting period (calendar year). The personal income tax amount is calculated in accordance with Article 224 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation at a rate of 35% (thirty‑five percent) of the total prize value. By participating in the Contest and agreeing to these Rules, Participants are deemed to have been properly informed of the above obligation.
  3. The Organiser informs that the Organiser acts as a tax agent for the payment of personal income tax on prizes in accordance with Article 226 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, namely, it calculates and pays the relevant tax on the total cost (or on the cost exceeding RUB 4,000.00 (Four thousand roubles)) of the prize, and provides a 2‑NDFL certificate to the tax authorities regarding the value of prizes and taxes withheld from the winner's income. The personal income tax amount is calculated in accordance with Article 224 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. By participating in the Contest and agreeing to these Rules, Participants are deemed to have been properly informed of the above obligation.

Personal data

  1. Persons participating in the Contest (hereinafter – Data Subjects) must provide their personal data. The information provided constitutes personal data and is protected in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  2. Purposes of collecting personal data: personal data are collected for the purpose of determining the winner, informing about the services offered by the Organiser, upcoming events, sending prizes to Participants, and fulfilling the Organiser's obligations as a tax agent.
  3. Processing of personal data may be carried out by the Organiser, as well as by persons authorised by it, using automated data processing tools. The Participant has the right to obtain other information about the processing of the Participant's personal data, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data", by contacting the Organiser.
  4. The Organiser undertakes to process the personal data provided by the Participant in accordance with the principles and rules of personal data processing provided for by Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data".
  5. The Organiser undertakes to store personal data in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for no longer than required by the purposes of processing. The processing termination date is upon achievement of the processing purpose.
  6. The Organiser undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data obtained and to ensure the security of personal data during their processing in accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data".
  7. The Organiser undertakes, when processing personal data, to take all necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, beyond the stated purposes.
