Tickets with the “Smart Light” or “Smart” fare are non-refundable: if you change your mind about flying, you cannot issue a refund. Such tickets can be exchanged through the Smartavia call center by paying the applicable fees. If you decide to exchange tickets, you need to notify the airline before departure that you are not flying, i.e. remove your seats from the flight.

For detailed return rules, see the section "Return and exchange of tickets".

Read this before returning:
  • 1Your seats on the flight will be canceled as soon as we receive your refund request. You won’t be able to restore them - you can only exchange them under the terms of your tariff.

When we receive your refund request, the seats on all flights on your ticket will be cancelled. The return procedure cannot be cancelled. If you paid for additional services, we will refund their cost to you.

Once seats are cancelled, it is still possible to exchange your tickets for other flights for an additional fee. Detailed conditions in the section "Returns and exchange of tickets".

  • 2Before the start of transportation, you cannot return one part of the ticket while keeping the other.
If you purchased tickets for a round trip route, you can return either the entire ticket, or only tickets for the return route, but only after the start of transportation. For example, if you have tickets on the Sochi-Moscow-Sochi route, you can return either the entire ticket, or only tickets on the Moscow-Sochi section and only after completing the flight on the Sochi-Moscow section.
