How to arrange transportation of an animal in the luggage compartment?
Transportation of an animal in the luggage compartment is possible up to 50 kg. Before ordering the service, be sure to read detailed conditions.
To arrange the transportation of an animal in the luggage compartment up to 23 kg, if the dimensions of the carrier in the sum of three sides (length + width + height) do not exceed 203 cm, you can:

At the same time, it is not necessary to notify the airline additionally about the transportation, the main thing is that all the rules of transportation are observed.
If it was not possible to purchase the service through the website, your pet weighs more than 23 kg or the carrier exceeds 203 cm in the sum of three sides, then you can arrange transportation:
- via call center;
- sales offices of the airline;
- in the agencies of your city.
