Insurance was issued in the ticket by mistake. How to return it?

If your flight has not yet taken place, please fill out the form to return the service. If you have already taken the flight, you will not be able to return the money for the Insurance service. The processing period for the return request is up to 30 days. We return the money to the same account from which the payment was made.
