From May 2, 2024, the conditions for the sale of air tickets at subsidized fares in the following directions will change: Kaliningrad - Arkhangelsk and back, Kaliningrad - Murmansk and back.

Subsidized fares are valid for the following categories of passengers:

• citizen of the Russian Federation, registered at the place of residence in the Kaliningrad region;
• a student of a higher educational institution located in the Kaliningrad region, who has a document confirming the status of a full-time student. Issuance of tickets for a full-time student of a higher educational institution located in the Kaliningrad region is carried out upon presentation of a document of the established form.

At subsidized rates, you are allowed to transport free of charge one piece of baggage up to 10 kg, with dimensions no more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions, and hand luggage up to 10 kg, with dimensions no more than 40x30x20 cm.

The number of seats at subsidized fares is limited on each flight.

There are restrictions on issuing air tickets at subsidized fares on the above routes. One passenger entitled to subsidized transportation can enter into no more than 4 air transportation agreements on subsidized routes with carriers, including Smartavia (JSC Smartavia AK), according to one of the options given below:

• No more than 4 one-way air tickets or
• No more than 2 round-trip air tickets or
• No more than 2 one-way air tickets and no more than 1 round-trip ticket.
