How the service works

Access to the online cinema PREMIER onboard is provided via the IFE WOW in-flight streaming entertainment system through the passenger's personal device. The system becomes available after reaching cruising altitude. Cabin crew will provide access to the content.

Detailed terms and conditions
Connect to the IFE WOW entertainment system from your mobile device to access the media library.

To use the service, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with updated software and an operating system of Android 7.0 or iOS 12 or higher. The service may not work on devices with modified operating systems.

  1. The paid service "access to the onboard entertainment system" (the Service) provides the passenger with access to the content of the online cinema PREMIER.ONE during the flight onboard JSC “Smartavia Airlines” (Airline), using the IFE.WOW streaming entertainment system on the passenger’s personal device.
  2. The service is available on regular flights operated by JSC “Smartavia Airlines”, on Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 aircraft. The service can be purchased
    • during the purchasing process;
    • when buying the service on the website;
    • onboard during the flight.
  3. The service fee is charged per flight segment. Service cost:
    • When purchasing the service on the website, the price is 199 rubles,
    • When purchased onboard, the price is 299 rubles. Onboard payments are made via bank card.
  4. The service is provided if the passenger has personal electronic devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop) supporting Wi-Fi with an operating system of Android 7.0 or iOS 12 or higher. Streaming is carried out through the passenger’s personal device.
  5. The Service provides the passenger access to a limited selection of movies and series from the PREMIER.ONE media library on their personal device. The airline does not guarantee access to all content from the PREMIER.ONE library available on the website. The airline may change the content onboard at its discretion during the flight.
  6. The airline is not responsible for the quality of the Service if technical issues arise due to the passenger's personal device.
  7. The Service can only be used during the flight onboard the airline's aircraft when Wi-Fi is activated, after reaching cruising altitude and upon special notification from the cabin crew. The airline reserves the right to suspend the onboard system service for safety reasons at any time.
  8. The cost of the Service is fully refunded to the passenger in each of the following cases:
    • forced refusal of the passenger to fly in cases provided for in Article 227 of FAP-82;
    • termination of the air transportation contract by the carrier unilaterally in accordance with Article 230 of FAP-82;
    • voluntary unilateral refusal of the passenger to fly;
    • refusal of the Service by the passenger before the flight departure time;
    • failure to appear (lateness) of the passenger for the flight;
    • changes made by the passenger to the flight conditions (e.g., change of date, flight, route, etc.) with the paid Service;
    • inability to provide the Service due to a change in the type of aircraft or replacement with an aircraft of a different configuration;
    • flight cancellation and the inability to provide the Service on a new flight.
  9. To request a refund for the "Access to the onboard entertainment system" service, you can contact the feedback form on the airline's website with proof of service purchase attached.
  10. If the Service is not provided due to the airline's initiative, the refund will be processed automatically to the account used for payment.
  11. A full refund is made in case the Service is not provided due to the airline's initiative within 10 (ten) business days from the time the Service was not provided. If the passenger cancels the Service, the refund will be made within 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the relevant passenger request. The crediting of funds may take up to 1 month, depending on the correspondent bank.
  12. In case of deficiencies in the provided Service, passenger claims are reviewed by the Airline in accordance with the law.
  13. JSC “Smartavia Airlines” reserves the right to change the cost and terms of the Service unilaterally without prior notice.
Service refund
In case of voluntary cancellation or changes to your flight
  • We will fully refund the cost of additional services if you decide not to fly and submit a request before the departure time.
  • If the departure time has already passed, a refund is not possible.
  • If you decide to change your travel route or date and inform us in advance — before the original departure time, the cost of services will also be refunded.
In case of forced cancellation
If you are forced to cancel your flight for unavoidable reasons
Unavoidable reasons:
  • illness of a passenger or his close relative;
  • death of a close relative;
  • flight cancellation;
  • flight delay on 2 or more hours;
  • flight delay on 15 minutes earlier or more.
we will refund the full cost of the service.
