Promo Code Terms and Conditions

These Terms describe the procedure for using Promo Codes when purchasing airline tickets or additional services on the Smartavia's website.

By activating a Promo Code on the website, an individual confirms full awareness of and agreement with these Terms.

1. Terms and definitions

Smartavia — JSC “Smartavia Airlines”.

Terms — this document, published online at https://flysmartavia.com/en/info/buying/promocode/

Promo Code — a unique combination of letters and/or numbers that, when activated (entered) on the airline’s website Smartavia and in compliance with the Promo Code conditions, provides a discount.

Discount — the benefit granted when purchasing airline tickets or additional services on the airline’s website Smartavia using a Promo Code.

Carrier — a promotional material in paper or electronic form containing the Promo Code and the terms for receiving the discount.

2. Terms of use of the Promo Code

2.1. Where to use a Promo Code?
A Promo Code can be applied on the airline’s website flysmartavia.com. Для активации необходимо перейти на страницу «Оплата заказа», нажать на кнопку «Промокод» и ввести его в соответствующее поле. Активация Промокода подразумевает полное согласие с Условиями.

2.2. Promo Code activation Period:
A Promo Code can only be activated within its validity period. The validity period of each Promo Code is specified on the Carrier.

2.3. Types of Promo Codes:

  • Personalized: linked to a specific email address and cannot be used by other passengers.
  • Non-Personalized: can be used by any passenger wishing to take advantage of the discount.

2.4. When a Promo Code cannot be used:

  • After the Promo Code's expiration date.
  • When purchasing airline tickets at subsidized fares.
  • To pay for ticket exchanges, penalties, and fees.
  • On flights during the following periods: from 25.04.2025 to 11.05.2025, from 29.08.2025 to 01.09.2025, from 24.10.2025 to 05.11.2025, from 25.12.2025 to 31.12.2025.

2.5. Promo Code Stacking:
Using multiple Promo Codes for a single order is not allowed.

2.6. Refund Policy:

  • A Promo Code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If airline tickets or additional services purchased with a Promo Code are refunded, the discount is not refundable or reimbursed in cash. The Promo Code will be canceled.

2.7. Other Conditions:

  • The airline Smartavia reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the Terms at any time. Any modifications take effect upon publication of the updated Terms at the specified link, without separate notification.
  • The airline may impose restrictions on the number of issued Promo Codes, applicable fare groups (brands), as well as regulate flights/routes, periods/dates within a specific promotional campaign.
  • The airline has the right to set restrictions on the purchase of airline tickets or additional services under the Smart Up subscription.
  • The airline Smartavia reserves the right to terminate the discount offer at any time without prior notice to passengers.
  • To prevent misuse of Promo Codes, Smartavia reserves the right to implement additional services verification methods, the airline reserves the right to implement additional verification methods to ensure proper use and to deny discounts if any abuse is detected.
  • When handling inquiries related to Promo Code activation or usage, customer support Smartavia may request proof of Promo Code receipt, such as a photo of the Carrier with the Promo Code, a screenshot of the Promo Code page, or other confirmation as specified by the support representative. In case of a failure in providing such proof, Smartavia may deny in using the discount.
  • Smartavia is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations, as well as for any direct, indirect, or special losses and damages incurred by passengers due to Promo Code use under these Terms, if caused by telecommunications or power network failures, malware activity, third-party fraudulent actions aimed at unauthorized access or system disruptions, or other unforeseen force majeure circumstances. The airline Smartavia is not obligated to compensate passengers for such losses.
  • If unable to activate a Promo Code, passengers may contact customer support via social media or messaging apps: Telegram, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki.
