You can pay for an electronic/paper ticket for Smartavia flights and other carriers using:
- cash;
- bank card;
- bank transfer.
Obtain accompanying documentation:
- a receipt for the cost of the flight;
- a document confirming the fact of the flight;
- a duplicate passenger airline ticket;
- a certificate of seat availability/unavailability.
Exchange and refund an airline ticket
