  1. Services are provided only within the territory of the Russian Federation;
  2. The option to pay by phone through the call center is unavailable 2 hours before the flight departure;
  3. Bank cards from payment systems: MasterCard and Visa are accepted;
  4. The phone must support tone dialing (no need to switch to tone mode when calling from a mobile phone).

The user calls the call center, states their preferences for order formation, and confirms their readiness to pay with a bank card using voice authorization.

The call center operator is required to adhere to the booking technology for transportation in accordance with the current tariffs and transportation rules established by the airline and published in the ASB "Sirena-Travel".

The operator forms the order, double-checks, and announces the details of the created order, ensures that the contact number belongs to a client in the Russian Federation, enters the necessary information for voice authorization, and executes the command to transfer the User's call to the voice authorization system.

The User, following the voice instructions of the automated payment system, switches their phone to tone mode if necessary and enters their bank card details on the phone's digital keypad.

If all conditions for successful voice authorization are met, the order is blocked to ensure the systematic processes for issuing electronic tickets and documents.

For payment, you will need: your bank card number, card expiration date, and verification code located on the back of your card.

  4. Stay on the line; the system needs time to process the data;
  5. If the data entered is correct and the payment is confirmed by the bank, the system will announce: "Thank you, your card details have been accepted. Please wait for the payment process to complete. Your order has been successfully paid. An email with flight information will be sent to the address provided during booking. Thank you for using Smartavia services, and we wish you a pleasant flight".
