Online Check-In Terms and Conditions

Benefits of online check-in:

1. Check in for your flight from home or office when convenient;
2. Choose seat in aircraft cabin;
3. Save your time by bypassing lines and hassle at the airport;
4. Add useful services in advance – extra luggage or insurance policy.

Online check-in terms:

• Online check-in is available for passengers who have booked «Seat Selection» or «Comfort» service.
• Online check-in is not available on codeshare flights ¹.
• Online check-in starts 24 hours before the flight departure and ends 3 hours before it.
• Online check-in is not available for passengers traveling with pets.
• Online check-in is not available for passengers who require special services. For example, accompanying people with disabilities or an unaccompanied minor, among others.

¹ Code sharing (joint operation of flights) is a form of cooperation between airlines, when two or more carriers sell to the same destination under their own code, with one airline directly performing the flight and the other acting as its partner for the route in question.

Useful information:

If you are traveling without luggage and the dimensions and weight of your carry-on comply with Smartavia hand luggage regulations, you can bypass the queue in check-in area and go directly for your "hand luggage" tag. Then, provided that you have your boarding pass printed out, proceed to the security zone and further to the boarding gate.

You can check your luggage at the check-in counter at the departure airport not later than 50 minutes before departure. Please pay attention to luggage Transportation Rules. If your luggage exceeds the free allowance by weight or size, you will need to pay for transportation of excess baggage at the Rates established by the airline.

If you are traveling in a group of more than 9, please contact the airport check-in counter for service.

If you were unable to print out your boarding pass, please contact any of the check-in counters designated for your flight, but not later than 50 minutes before the flight departure.

For flight safety purposes, the airline reserves the right to change your pre-selected seat onboard the aircraft when issuing the boarding pass or onboard at the instruction of the pilot in command without prior notice.

If you do not need the online check-in service, you can follow the standard check-in procedure at your departure airport.
