My flight was cancelled. Transplant doesn't work

If your flight is cancelled, you can:

  • Change a ticket without additional fees for another convenient date (in accordance with the terms of the fare) through the call center or fill out the feedback form by clicking the "Contact us" button
  • You can issue an involuntary ticket refund at the place of purchase. If the ticket is issued on our website, through a call center or through our own sales offices — leave a request on our website.

The application processing time is up to 30 calendar days. May be changed by company rules depending on the situation.
