My flight has been cancelled. How can I exchange or return a ticket?
If your flight is cancelled, you can:
- Change a ticket without additional fees for another convenient date (in accordance with the terms of the fare) through the call center or fill out the feedback form by clicking the "Contact us" button.
- To issue an involuntary refund of the ticket at the place of its purchase. If the ticket is issued on our website or through the call center — leave a request on our website.
The processing time for a return request is 30 calendar days. May be changed by company rules depending on the situation.
