I sent a claim. How do you know if you received it?
In case of filing a claim through the website, a notification is sent to the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the claim with the assigned electronic number XXX-00000.
If the claim is sent to the postal address, you can track the receipt by the track number.
The term for consideration of claims is up to 30 calendar days.
