How to register online and what are the conditions?
Don't waste your time and use the online registration service.
The Online Check-in Service can be used provided that there are no more than 24 hours and no less than 3 hours left before departure. During the online check-in process, you will be able to choose and pay for a seat on board, as well as add additional services.
After check-in, you can print your boarding pass yourself and go directly to the pre-flight inspection area if you are traveling without baggage and your hand luggage meets the allowance.
If you are traveling with luggage or you do not have a printed boarding pass, you must contact the check-in desk at the airport of departure, but no later than the end of check-in for the flight.
At the airports of St. Petersburg and Perm, universal devices for self-printing boarding passes are installed.
At the airports of Moscow, Simferopol, Arkhangelsk, Anapa, Tyumen, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Novy Urengoy, Kaliningrad, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Orenburg, you can use an electronic boarding pass on a mobile device.
The airline is not responsible for the operation of universal boarding pass printers and boarding pass scanners on a mobile device.
