I didn't receive my itinerary receipt. What to do?

First of all, check your itinerary receipt in your Spam folder. If the letter was not in this folder, then look at the check. The check contains the ticket number, which starts with 316.

Next, go to the service "Order Search” → Enter ticket number → Surname.

This will take you to your order, where the itinerary receipt is located, where you can download it to any device.

If the Order Search method did not work, then you can fill out the feedback form by clicking on the "Contact us" button (in the application, indicate the client's full name, date/destination of flight, series/number passports) or contact the call center.
