Can't go to «My reservations». What should I do?
Please check the following data:
- Make sure your last name is listed exactly as on the ticket.
- heck the ticket number for spaces or punctuation. It must be 13 digits long and start at 316.
If all the details are correct, but you cannot go to the «My reservations». section, your ticket was probably purchased through a third-party website or agency, and therefore it is not displayed on our website.
In such a situation, you can check your order through the call center or contact the place of purchase of the ticket. You can also contact us through any official written communication channel with the airline.
